Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit.
If no deposit was made, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be required.

No-Call / No-Show Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this time, your appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. If no deposit was made, the card on file will be charged the full amount.
Clients who no-call/no-show may be restricted from booking future appointments.
